poor air conditioning rattling blinds
the location was perfect! it made getting to everything very easy.
The air conditioning was very poor. It struggled to cool the whole apartment. blinds rattled against the windows at night. I found it hard to sleep well. i think management was dismissive when i mentioned these issues.

tram station multiple pools spa bath
the two-bedroom apartment spa bath had plenty of room. i found the multiple pools were great for relaxation. i liked the proximity to the tram station for easy transport around the area!!!
the dishware had a slight odor, so i had to rewash it before use.

The room had sufficient toiletries, kitchenware, and laundry facilities. Housekeeping kept us stocked with clean towels and coffee. The location was convenient, close to the tram, beach, restaurants, and shops.
